1. About this site

By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

2. Products are made-to-order

Your print is custom-made based on the details you enter (for example: location text and/or formatting). We use third-party fulfillment/shipping providers, including Gelato, to produce and deliver the order.

Because these are personalized items, returns for change of mind are generally not available. Please see our Returns page for what is covered.

3. Accuracy and pricing

• Product prices may change without notice.
• Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
• Colors and appearance may vary slightly between what you see on your screen and the final printed product.

4. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate details (including shipping address and content you submit for printing). If information is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed.

5. IP and content rights

You confirm that you have the rights to the text/content you provide for printing. If content infringes others’ rights, we may remove or refuse orders.

6. Refunds and returns

Refund eligibility and timelines are described in our Returns & Refunds policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
